1. Class Sign-Up Cancellations

  • Cancellation by User:
    • Users may cancel their class sign-up up to 2 days before the event to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, users will have the option to reschedule or attend a future event within 6 months of the original purchase date.
    • To cancel or reschedule a sign-up, users must contact us with their registration details.
  • Cancellation by Us:
    • If we need to cancel a class or event, users will be notified as soon as possible.
    • Users will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another class or event.
