1. Class Sign-Up Cancellations
- Cancellation by User:
- Users may cancel their class sign-up up to 2 days before the event to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, users will have the option to reschedule or attend a future event within 6 months of the original purchase date.
- To cancel or reschedule a sign-up, users must contact us with their registration details.
- Cancellation by Us:
- If we need to cancel a class or event, users will be notified as soon as possible.
- Users will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another class or event.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during sign-up.
